1. Clear information about origin and quality
You should not have to take our word for where your olive oil comes from or how good it is. Our aim is to provide clear evidence.
Know your producer
Sakis and his family run Koza Olives in Olynthos, Chalkidiki. We know the people behind the olive oil personally. Its origin is linked to a real family business.
Access to quality documentation
Chemical analysis and sensory panel testing form the basis of our quality documentation. The documents for the specific offer are not yet available. Once we have received and reviewed them, we will make them available to our business customers.
An insight into production
We aim to follow key stages of production on site and document them with photos and videos. The photographs provided by Sakis already offer an insight into the olive grove.
2. For your professional kitchen
Our offer is intended for businesses that regularly use olive oil in their kitchens. We plan to supply it in 5-litre containers with a pouring spout. Order quantities, prices and delivery terms will be included in the specific offer, giving you a clear basis for your purchasing decision.
Can direct sourcing meet professional requirements?
Direct sourcing from a family business goes hand in hand with personal service. You have direct contacts in Sakis at the producer in Greece and Sven Hindrichs for the German market. We agree on container sizes, order units and delivery arrangements before you place an order.
Is it difficult to get started?
We start with your requirements. You can request a free sample and try the olive oil in your own kitchen. Sven Hindrichs is your contact for any questions about the offer.
How will the olive oil reach my business?
We plan to arrange delivery to your business with advance notification. We will clarify the delivery method, costs and any special requirements before you order. Final delivery terms have not yet been determined.
